Our suppliers’ processes are strictly monitored with traceability programs to meet the high standards of Europe, Japan, the United States and other countries. These suppliers produce our product in modern facilities with state-of-the art equipment.

The vast majority of our seafood is processed under the following quality standards and certifications: GMPs, HACCP, ISO-9001:2000 Certification by SGS, ISO-14001:2004 Certification by Quacert, and BRC Global Standard Food Certification by SGS.
